Prevention is the best therapy.

Project risks, their probability and impact on time and cost are identified by us in the early project planning phase for the first time. The Risk Management Plan with tailor-made contingencies and their timing is an essential component of the overall project plan. As a living document the Risk Management Plan is being updated in line with project progress.

Real life shows that not all risks can be foreseen and proactively addressed. Should unexpected events occur, the PPH plus project leader will identify, propose, and implement effective ad-hoc contingencies as agreed with our customer.

Although we prefer to plan with you and manage for you your clinical projects from scratch we would be pleased to help you in situations that require the experience PPH plus project leaders have with resolving critical issues on an ongoing project.

Please let Dr. Peter Klöpel (peter.kloepel@pph-plus.com) know of your project challenges and feel free to request our consultancy and educational services in project risk management.
